if you know that our current government and political system is corrupt and its not reliable and functional. than you must be having thoughts about how a government should work and what kind of system we need to adopt? what are the rules and code to run a country? i did some research and gather a lot of data and tried to come up with Ten Commandments.
It is difficult to find an instruction manual on running a country. Nobody has written one. For new Presidents, you have to rely on past presidents for guidance, that is, if they have done a good job and have not been assassinated. But I think the best guide is to model after people who have done it successfully. If you have seen a proven formula, stick to it and try not to re-invent the wheels. I have compiled a list based on my observations of the pros who have done it very well. Here is a simple guide to running a country. You don’t have to agree on everything I put up here.

1. Get the best honest able people on your team. You need people who can assist you but who are corrupt free. Set up a anti-corrupt department to deal with all levels of corruption and punish wrong doers, both civil service and private enterprises. Your team has to be the finest cream of the population who are willing to serve the country. Relative and friends are alright only if they can prove their worth. Set up the different ministries but the most capable should be in finance, defense and education.

2. Provide the basic needs for the people first. Shelter, food and employment, the three basic human needs I feel has to be provided for. If the people cannot afford basic housing, then you as the country head should take the lead and provide subsidized housing. Borrow from the World Bank if there is insufficient funds. Create jobs so that your people can make their own living. Look at what your country can provide to the world economy in exchange for cash and services. If your country can grow coffee cheaply, then build up your coffee sector and start looking at other ways to bring in the foreign exchange.

3. If your country has no natural resources except labor, then invite foreign multi-nationals to set up factories to produce their goods cheaper than elsewhere. Give them tax breaks and incentives to set up in your country. Then at the same time, have them train your own people and impart skills to them. You need to provide employment to the people and give them skills to make a living, this is critical! If the people are hungry, you are going to have revolts and you may not hang on to power for very long.

4. Set up government agencies to build up major infrastructures such as public utilities, telecommunications, public housing and commercial industrial parks. Do not leave it to the private enterprises to do it. You can let them run it after you have successfully set it up.

5. Educate the people. Education for the young is one of your top priorities. Make sure every child has basic education for at least 10 years, if not the children would be out on the streets creating more social problems. Every child with a skill can make a living for himself or herself, lesser problems for your welfare department in the future. Send top students to overseas on government scholarships to learn and network with overseas students. These talented group of people will help you run your country in the future.

6. Deduct a portion of the people’s monthly income to safeguard for their retirement. Make compulsory savings a way of life but explain why they need to have this discipline because most would not save on their own, they rather spend it now then to plan for their future. You can then help your people pay for their own housing through this savings and you can also invest for them. But more importantly, everyone has a backup fund when he or she stops working.

7. Go easy on the taxes first. When the businesses are doing well and the people are making a good living, then you can raise taxes. If you want to attract people and businesses to your countries, you must give them a good reason to stay, and one key issue is taxes. Of course you need revenue to run your country but if you don’t do it right, I can assure you the people are going to leave. That is why you have to balance your budget carefully and accurately. Don’t overspend! Those nuclear weapons look good on CNN only.

8. Get help from the big brothers to give your country a good start. Be a good friend to all neighbors. Whether it is for defense or trade, you will be in an advantageous position if you are a good friend and willing to assist and be assisted.

9. Brand your country from day one. How you want the world to see your place? Do you want to be known as a place where businesses can be done efficiently without fear or do you prefer a more touristy image for the country. Do you want people to see your products as good as those ‘Made in Japan’ or do you want people to associate pirated goods with your country?

10. Work with the people, listen to the people for feedback. Sometimes your work as a President is so busy that you think you are always right. But sometimes you are going to be wrong. Send your ministers to public places once a month to gather feedback on what you are doing right or wrong. The feedback is like your report card, don’t wait till the next election to hear them, it might be too late then.

if you think, that if we follow these set of instructs and run this county like a pro than please give your valuable feedback and

If you believe that we are free nation and a free country … well, Think again…

because the facts are different. I will start my discussion from the very basics of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, democracy and Islam.

Islamic Republic of Pakistan: a democratic state, free country and a free nation.

“Islamic Republic of Pakistan”: The name Pakistan means Land of (the) Pure in Urdu and Persian. Pakistan is a parliamentary federal democratic republic with Islam as the state religion. The first Constitution of Pakistan was adopted in 1956, but was suspended in 1958 by General Ayub Khan. The Constitution of 1973 — suspended in 1977, by Zia-ul-Haq, but re-instated in 1985 — is the country’s most important document, laying the foundations of the current government. (Perhaps)

Now I will discuss Pakistan as a republic and Islamic democratic country…

A republic is a form of government in which the head of state is not a monarch and the people have an impact on its government. The word “republic” is derived from the Latin phrase res publica, which can be translated as “a public affair”.

But do you really think that Pakistan is a republic state?

Both modern and ancient republics vary widely in their ideology and composition. The most common definition of a republic is a state without a monarch or dictator.

Now let’s talk about Islamic democracy…

Islamic democracy, two kinds of democratic states can be recognized in the Islamic countries. The basis of this distinction has to do with how comprehensively Islam is incorporated into the affairs of the state.

A democratic state which recognizes Islam as state religion, such as Malaysia, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Algeria. Some religious values are incorporated into public life, but Islam is not the only source of law.

A democratic state which endeavors to institute Sharia. It is also called as Islamist democracy. Islamist democracy offers more comprehensive inclusion of Islam into the affairs of the state.

Pakistan started off as the first category of Islamic democracy but has moved increasingly with the 1973 constitution to the second category, though frequent military coups have halted its democratic evolution. And again in this age a dictator was running the Islamic republic country for eight years. Destroying and demolishing the original 1973’s constitution and political parties were supporting him.

In my Opinion we are not republic or democratic country. Because people don’t have impact on its government and running this country is not a public affair. Most of the people of Pakistan has no interest in practical politics and already now that nothing is going happened. Nothing will change. This country is going down and if you want to survive you have to do corruption or leave this country.

I think, there is a major obstacle to democracy in the Pakistan that the minority elites are controlling the country and the formation of political parties on ethnic, religious or regional divisions, rather than over policy differences. Voting therefore becomes an assertion of one’s identity rather than a real choice. In Pakistan, the leader’s community has over grown in wealth. The problem with the wealth, it generates, is that the state’s rulers have the wealth to remain in power, as they can pay off or repress most potential opponents.

And one day a political leader “Benazir Bhutto” was assassinated and new age of democracy started. Now we have our constitution and democracy up and running.

But have you noticed any change?

Has terrorism stopped?

Have your life got better?

Do you have your rights to live?

Can you walk freely in parks, markets and go to mosques without fear?

Is this, what you wanted?

I want you to think…

Have our hearts and minds gone?

Where has constructive outrage gone?

Where has compassion gone?

Oh … sometimes I feel like it’s all too much, far too much.

Did we think solving the Middle East difficulties would really be that easy?

Did we bother to inform ourselves of the history of the conflict?

Did we already forget 25 million in total, soldiers died in WW2 – a war that spanned 6 years? The world effectively lost an entire generation of men.

Do we have a clue about history and about things that happen on the other sides of the oceans?

Do we really think it’s OK to send our youth into an environment filled with manipulative, power-addicted narcissists?

What makes us so blind and naive?

Really, it’s all too much. I wonder if it’s occurring to anyone out there or if we are all just going to put another pair of blinders on and get on the ‘indignant outrage’ soapbox?

It saddens me that people out there still think, the collective; WE bear no responsibility for all the world’s suffering. Absolutely saddens me. That they honestly believe, because they did not pull the trigger, wield the torture device, or invented the weapon of mass distraction, this grants absolution and frees them from accountability. Why? Why, if another human, somewhere – anywhere – out there, suffers? Would ANY one think they have no responsibility to contribute toward efforts to relieve the suffering?

And why have we attached some sort of twisted ideological entitlement to the relief of suffering?

And what is with this culture of retribution and revenge?

Breathe. Can we?

Live. Can we?

if you have something to share and if you have the same ideology than give me you valuable feedback and
